TheraSite AI processes personal data only for operating the SaaS platform: account registration, payment activation, website generation, support, security, analytics and communication about the service.

1. Data we collect

We may collect name, email, phone/Telegram, selected language, country detected from technical headers, payment status, created website slug, site content entered by the user and client inquiry data submitted through public booking forms.

2. Payments

Card details are processed by the payment provider. TheraSite AI stores payment metadata such as order ID, amount, currency, status and callback payload needed to activate access and keep accounting records.

3. AI generation

Information submitted for website creation may be sent to AI providers for generating structure, text and page content. Do not enter confidential medical records or sensitive client data into generation prompts.

4. Public websites

Generated public websites are visible to visitors by URL. Booking forms on those websites collect inquiry data so the psychologist can contact the potential client.

5. Security and retention

We use server-side access guards for dashboard, generator and settings. Data is retained while the account is active or as required for legal, tax, security and dispute-resolution purposes.
